Black or Gray Lithium Quartz is a fairly new crystal that has only recently appeared on the market. Better known under a similar name is "Lithium Quartz" or "Pink Lithium Quartz", where it is a stone lightning with inclusions of a mineral rich in lithium (Lepidolite is one such example).

In the case of Black Lithium Quartz, it is most likely lightning crystals with mixed inclusions, in most cases these are mixed with clay.
